In this podcast, Nadia discusses a moment of awakening when her priorities changed after the birth of her son. She was no longer willing to work six days a week, nor 60 hours a week. Deep down, Nadia was looking for a way to have more time with her son without it affecting her lifestyle.
The sad truth is that the root cause of many of our decisions, or lack of actions, is fear. Especially fear of poverty. Every time you wonder how will you pay your bill, what’s really underneath that thought? Fear of lacking, or not having enough.
Nadia goes on to explain how thoughts are everything. If you allow your brain to feel scared, you will attract more fear – or attract people that have similar thoughts.
The only way to find happiness is to take the time to search within yourself and learn what truly matters to you. Then, instead of denying your wish, use the power of positive thinking and visualization to attract what you desire.
It starts with positive thoughts, mixed with unwavering faith and belief that your wish can be achieved. Another essential element is to be grateful. The universe is abundant. However, it will only give more of what you appreciate.
