In this episode, we talk about the different energies and ideas that are brought about by the way men and women think differently. It has been an age-old fact that men and women, albeit from the same species, think very differently from each other because of a lot of different factors. Men, the problem solvers, always on the get-go. Women, the analytical, thinking ahead.
Men may be very conservative, very critical, of the way they think and do things. Very methodical, to say the least. Women, on the other hand, are very thorough, very open, and like to share what’s on their minds.
Nadia shares an anecdote of her son, how a little boy could think and feel at such a very ripe age. She also shares a story about Tony, her friend, who is also a father. These stories depict how men think very differently from women and once we learn to appreciate our differences, joining force can be rewarding.
Although these are pretty much very polar in different aspects, Nadia shares how this difference may be beneficial to our daily lives, not only in business but in our personal agenda. The way men and women are different makes their congregation diverse, helping each other, and ultimately bearing wondrous outcomes.
