111 – To be or not to be vulnerable – Part 1
I’ve been thinking a lot about the vulnerability aspect in the last few days. Yes, of course, there’s an incident that brings me to talk about this topic: To be or not to be vulnerable? That is the question, isn’t it?
There is no in-between. This is deep because it impacts you at the soul level.
I learned, in the past four years, that every time I leaned into with my most vulnerable state, something new gets created.
As an alchemist, I know that thoughts are energy and to create new thoughts, new plans or strategies something needs to be broken down. And that every breakdown leads to breakthroughs and growth. In short, I now know that being vulnerable acts as a catalyst. The sooner you lean in, the sooner you get what you truly desire or you get a resolution.
To most of us, we spend most of our time and energy debating if it’s OK to be or not to be vulnerable – in whatever particular moment you’re in.
For example, you may like someone but you are afraid of rejection. Rather than connecting with that person and say:
“Hey, I kind of like you and I would love to get to know you more. Are you open to having a conversation?”
Depending on your state of mind, you will go around, discussing the matter with friends or family members. You wonder if. You seek validation, approval or you fear judgments.
This kind of situation may be spread over weeks, months or even years. And all it does is – it consumes your energy.
Listen in as I explain in more details the blessing in being vulnerable.
