I’ve noticed for a while that more people are affected by stress and anxiety, causing a domino effect. It’s triggering all sorts of symptoms like frustration, anger, a sense of lack, inflation, and war.
I wondered: “Are we stuck living in stress and anxiety for the rest of our lives?” Or is there something we could do that would help us live happily ever after, stress-free? Let’s face it, worrying and dreading cloud our imagination which limits us from our full potential.
